摘　　要：目的分析哈尔滨市农村癫痫患者生命质量及其影响因素。方法采用癫痫患者生活质量量表(QO:LIE-31)对236例癫痫患者的生活质量进行评估,分析患者一般人口学资料和临床资料对癫痫患者生活质量的影响。结果癫痫患者生活质量总分为(57.24±13.55)分。脑力劳动者生活满意度得分高于体力劳动者(F=0.16,P=0.04),已婚者在发作担忧得分、认知功能得分、社会功能得分和生活质量总分方面比未婚者高。婚姻状况是发作担忧、认知功能、社会功能和生活质量总得分的影响因素;总病程、年龄分别影响认知功能和社会功能。发作担忧与社会功能得分相关性最高(r=0.70,P<0.01),情绪与药物影响得分相关性最低(r=0.25,P<0.01)。结论病程长的癫痫患者生活质量差,婚姻状况、总病程和年龄是影响癫痫患者生活质量的因素。Objective To analyze the quality of life and its influencing factors of rural epilepsy patients in Harbin City.Methods The quality of life of 236 patients with epilepsy was evaluated by QOLIE-31,and the influence of general demographic data and clinical data on the quality of life of patients with epilepsy was analyzed.Results The total score of quality of life of epilepsy patients was(57.24±13.55).The score of life satisfaction of mental workers was higher than that of physical workers(F=0.16,P=0.04).The scores of seizure worry,cognitive function,social function and quality of life of married people were higher than those of unmarried people.Marital status was the influencing factor of seizure worry,cognitive function,social function and total score of quality of life.Total duration and age affected cognitive and social functions,respectively.The correlation between seizure worry and social function score was the highest(r=0.70,P<0.01),and the correlation between emotion and drug influence score was the lowest(r=0.25,P<0.01).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with epilepsy with long course of disease is poor.Marital status,total course of disease and age are the factors that influence the quality of life of patients with epilepsy.
