摘 要:媒介行业的数字革命推动新闻学教育变革,“新文科”和《关于提高高校新闻传播人才培养能力实施卓越新闻传播人才教育培养计划2.0的意见》进一步为其发展提供了指导意见和政策支持,讨论新闻学教育改革的文章亦不胜枚举,但是仍缺乏对于具体课程体系改革的探讨。立足55所新闻传播院校的培养方案,从具体课程设置出发,探讨各类课程设置与占比的科学性和合理性,发现现有课程体系在不同程度上与现实脱节,与社会对人才的需求脱节,部分非新闻核心课程与老旧重复课程占据了学分空间,制约了新闻学课程的改革。因此,新闻学改革的第一步应是释放学分空间,然后发挥新闻学的融合优势,实现交叉学科课程再造,最后保持课程内容时刻与最新的社会前沿接轨,才能为新闻业界输送与时俱进的复合型人才。The digital revolution in the media industry promotes the reform of journalism education.The"New Liberal Arts"and the"Excellent Journalists Program 2.0"provide further guidance and policy support for its development.There are many articles about the reform of journalism education.However,there is still a lack of discussion on the reform of the specific curriculum system.Based on the training programs of 55 journalism colleges and universities,this article discusses the scientificity and rationality of various curriculum settings and proportions from specific curriculum settings.And it is found that the existing curriculum system is out of touch with reality to some extent,and is incompatible with society and talents.The demand for journalism is out of touch.Some non-news core courses and repetitive old courses occupy the credit space,which restricts the reform of journalism courses.Based on this,the first step in the reform of journalism should be to release the credit space and give full play to the integration of journalism to realize the reconstruction of interdisciplinary courses,and finally keep the course content in line with the latest social frontiers.That is the way to cultivate qualified journalists that can meet the needs of the times.
