摘 要:目的探讨基于学习通的翻转课堂在神经外科住院医师规范化培训解剖教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9—12月,在神经外科参加住院医师规范化培训的54名住培医师作为研究对象,其中对照组27名,试验组27名。针对鞍区解剖,试验组采用“基于学习通的翻转课堂”进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方式教学。教学结束后,对两组学住培医师进行理论考试和无记名问卷调查,以评价“基于学习通的翻转课堂”的教学效果。结果试验组住培医师理论考试平均成绩为(84.93±4.09)分,明显高于对照组住培医师的(71.63±4.89)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,问卷调查结果显示,在满意度调查比较中,试验组住培医师在教学满意度、学习兴趣提升度和学习自我满意度的评价中均高于对照组住培医师,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科住院医师规范化培训解剖教学中,采用“基于学习通的翻转课堂”不仅提升了住培医师对解剖知识的掌握程度,而且提高了住培医师的教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom based on Xuexitong app in anatomy teaching of standardized training for neurosurgery residents.Methods A total of 54 residents in neurosurgery rotation were selected as subjects,including 27 in the control group and 27 in the experimental group from September 2020 to December 2020.Focus on the anatomy of sellar region,the experimental group carried out the"flipped classroom based on Xuexitong app",while the residents in control group carried out traditional teaching methods.After the teaching,the students in two groups were given theoretical examination and anonymous questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect of"flipped classroom based on Xuexitong app".Results The average score of the experimental group was 84.93,which was significantly higher than 71.63 of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the questionnaire survey results showed that in the satisfaction survey comparison,the evaluation of teaching satisfaction,learning interest promotion and learning self satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized training of neurosurgery residents in anatomy teaching,the application of"flipped classroom based on learning"not only improves the students'mastery of anatomy knowledge,but also improves the students'teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
