左乙拉西坦对中老年部分性发作癫痫的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨左乙拉西坦对中老年部分性发作癫痫患者治疗的临床疗效。方法纳入对象为本院在2018年12月—2019年12月期间接受治疗的中老年部分性发作癫痫患者,共67例,对患者采用双盲法分组,对照组33例,采用奥卡西平进行治疗,观察组34例,在对照组治疗的基础上采用左乙拉西坦进行治疗,对比两组治疗的有效率、不良反应发生情况、生活质量等,明确最佳的治疗方案。结果将两组治疗有效率进行比较,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组治疗前认知功能评分及基本生活能力评分,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗后比较观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组不良反应发生率,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较两组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能以及物质功能评分,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中老年部分性发作癫痫患者采用左乙拉西坦进行治疗,效果好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levetiracetam in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with partial seizure epilepsy.Methods A total of 67 middle-aged and elderly patients with partial seizures treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were included.The patients were divided into double-blind groups.33 cases in the control group were treated with oxcarbazepine and 34 cases in the observation group were treated with levetiracetam on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The effective rates of the two groups were compared The occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life,and determine the best treatment plan.Results The effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared the scores of cognitive function and basic living ability between the two groups before treatment,the difference between the two groups was small(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was little difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).The scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and material function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam is effective in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with partial seizures,which is worthy of recommendation.
