观察不同程度根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病的效果

摘　　要：目的观察探讨不同程度根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法选择我院于2018年6月至2019年6月,1年内在我院就诊的90例牙体牙髓患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照治疗方法的不同,以抽签的方式随机分配为欠充组(30例,欠充治疗)、适充组(30例,适充治疗)、超充组(30例,超充治疗)。对3组患者在治疗完成后的治疗效果、进行对比分析。结果通过对比欠充组、适充组和超充组经过1年后的治疗效果显示,适充组患者的总有效率(96.67%)大于欠充组(83.33%)和超充组(80.00%),适充组的疼痛发生率(3.33%)明显低于欠充组(16.67%)和超充组(20.00%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据不同程度的根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果也有所不同,其中适当填充可以取得最好的治疗效果,显著减小了治疗的疼痛发生率,具有临床推广实践价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Root Canal filling in different degrees on endodontic diseases.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,one year,90 patients with dental pulp disease were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into three groups:underfilled group(30 cases,underfilled treatment),suitable filled group(30 cases,suitable filled treatment)and overfilled group(30 cases,overfilled treatment).The therapeutic effect of the three groups of patients after treatment was compared and analyzed.Results By comparing the treatment effect of underfilled group,suitable filled group and overfilled group after 1 year,the total effective rate of patients in the suitable filled group(96.67%)is greater than that of the underfilled group(83.33%)and the overfilled group(80.00%).The incidence of pain in the suitable filled group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that of the underfilled group(16.67%)and the overfilled group(20.00%).The difference is significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of endodontic treatment is different according to the different degree of root canal filling,and proper filling can obtain the best treatment effect and reduce the incidence of pain It has the value of clinical popularization and practice.
