综合护理干预对改善躁狂症患者治疗依从性的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价综合护理干预工作的落实对狂躁症患者治疗依从性等方面的积极影响,从而促进狂躁症患者恢复与预后。方法选择我院精神科2017年12月至2018年12月期间收治住院治疗的80例狂躁症患者,采取随机法分组护理。对照组40例狂躁症患者采取常规护理,综合组40例狂躁症患者配合实施综合护理干预,对比对照组与综合组狂躁症患者经过护理干预后组间狂躁症状评分、护理满意度评分以及治疗依从性情况。结果综合组狂躁症患者狂躁评分低于对照组、护理满意度评分高于对照组、治疗总依从率高于对照组,数据差异显著P<0.05。结论在常规护理的同时配合综合护理干预可以促进狂躁症患者狂躁情况改善,进一步提高患者治疗依从性和护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the positive effect of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of manic patients,so as to promote the recovery and prognosis of manic patients.Methods Eighty patients with mania who were hospitalized in our psychiatric department from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into groups.Forty patients in the control group were given routine nursing,40 patients in the comprehensive group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.After nursing intervention,the patients in the control group and the comprehensive group were given scores of manic symptoms,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance.Results The scores of mania in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the control group,nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group,and the total compliance rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the manic condition of manic patients,and further improve the patients'treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
