摘  要:目的 了解菏泽市市售苹果中农药残留状况,评估当地消费者苹果农药摄入风险。方法 于2016年-2019年采集市售苹果样品470份,检测其中的18种农药残留,并针对不同人群,对5种高检出率农药进行急、慢性膳食摄入风险评估。结果 本次检测苹果470份,农残检出率为16. 6%,超标率为1. 28%。其中毒死蜱检出率最高,超标农药为甲拌磷。经评估5种农药残留引起的慢性膳食摄入风险均远低于100%;急性膳食摄入风险差异显著,其中三唑磷残留对低年龄组人群的风险超过100%。结论 菏泽市售苹果中农药残留总体状况良好,慢性膳食摄入风险小;禁用农药甲拌磷被检出超标使用,三唑磷残留对低年龄组人群具有不可接受的急性膳食摄入风险,应引起相关部门高度重视。Objective To investigate the current situation of pesticide residues in apples sold in Heze City,and to assess the risk of dietary intake for local consumers.Methods A total of 470 apples were collected from 2016 to 2019 for the detection of 18 pesticides residues.Chronic dietary intake risk and acute dietary intake risk of five pesticides residues with high detection rate were assessed for different groups.Results A total of 470 apple samples were involved in this study.The detection rate of pesticide residues was 16.6%,and the over-standard rate was 1.28%.The detection rate of chlorpyrifos was the highest,and phorate exceeded the standard.Risk assessment of dietary intake to 5 pesticides with high detection rate presented that the chronic dietary intake risk was far lower than 100%;and the acute dietary intake risk showed significant differences.The risk of triazophos residue in low age groups exceeded 100%.Conclusion The overall condition of pesticide residues in Heze market apples was good,and the risk of chronic dietary intake was small.But the banned pesticide(phorate)was found to exceed the standard.Triazophos residue poses an unacceptable risk of acute dietary intake in low age groups,which should be highly valued by relevant departments.
