经阴道单孔腹腔镜手术治疗妇科良性肿瘤的效果探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道单孔腹腔镜手术(V-NOTES)治疗妇科良性肿瘤的效果。方法:2018年8月-2019年12月收治妇科良性肿瘤患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组接受传统腹腔手术;观察组接受V-NOTES治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间及术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组留院时间及卧床时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组严重疼痛比例及疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科良性肿瘤患者采取V-NOTES治疗的效果良好,可减轻患者疼痛感,同时更具美观化、微创化。Objective:To explore the effect of transvaginal single hole laparoscopic surgery(V-NOTES)in the treatment of gynecological benign tumors.Methods:From August 2018 to December 2019,50 patients with gynecological benign tumors were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group received traditional abdominal surgery.The observation group received V-NOTES treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospital stay and bed stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of severe pain and pain score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of V-NOTES treatment for patients with gynecological benign tumors is good.It can reduce the pain of patients,and is more beautiful and minimally invasive.
