腹腔镜下规则性肝切除术治疗肝癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜下规则性肝切除术治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法:2016年6月-2021年6月收治肝癌患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜下规则性肝切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、住院时间、腹腔引流时间、操作时间与进食时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后1周的总胆红素、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶与白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1周及1个月的血清AFP与Hcy水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜下规则性肝切除术治疗肝癌,可以起到良好的临床疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic regular hepatectomy in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2021,60 patients with liver cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The study group was treated with laparoscopic regular hepatectomy.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,hospital stay,abdominal drainage time,operation time and eating time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the levels of total bilirubin,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and albumin 1 week after operation were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the levels of serum AFP and Hcy 1 week and 1 month after operation were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic regular hepatectomy in the treatment of liver cancer is good.
