腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法:2018年10月-2020年10月收治卵巢囊肿患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组采用一般开腹手术治疗;观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、手术出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果较好,治疗总有效率较高,并发症发生率较低。Objective:To observe the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy removal in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2020,58 patients with ovarian cysts were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general laparotomy.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy removal.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The operation time,surgical bleeding,postoperative bowel function recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy removal has a better clinical effect in the treatment of ovarian cysts,the total effective rate of treatment is higher,and the incidence of complications is lower.
