探讨血瘀型偏头痛患者治疗中采用救脑汤联合常规西药的临床疗效和对血清LPA、TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨救脑汤联合常规西药治疗血瘀型偏头痛的临床疗效及对血清载脂蛋白(LPA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治血瘀型偏头痛患者130例,随机分为两组。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上予以救脑汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、偏头痛症状评分及血清LPA、TNF-α水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后偏头痛症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清LPA及TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用救脑汤联合常规西药治疗血瘀型偏头痛患者的效果理想,能够有效改善患者偏头痛症状与血清LPA、TNF-α水平,应用价值良好。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiunao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of blood stasis migraine and its effect on serum LPA and TNF-αlevels.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,130 patients with blood stasis migraine were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Jiunao decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,migraine symptom score and serum LPA and TNF-αlevels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The migraine symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum LPA and TNF-αlevels were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiunao decoction combined with conventional western medicine has an ideal effect in the treatment of blood stasis migraine patients.It can effectively improve migraine symptoms and serum LPA and TNF-αlevels,and has good application value.
