积极心理学理论用于精神分裂症患者康复中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨积极心理学理论在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年12月收治精神分裂症患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予常规护理+积极心理学理论。比较两组患者自尊水平(SES自尊量表)、社会能力(SDSS、社会功能缺陷筛选量表)、精神症状(BPRS简明精神病评定量表)及积极品质(HEIQ幸福进取者问卷)评分。结果:试验组护理后SES评分高于对照组,SDSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后BPRS评分低于对照组,HEIQ评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极心理学理论的有效应用,可明显改善精神分裂症患者自尊水平、社会能力、精神症状及积极品质,可促进患者综合状态的显著改善。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of positive psychology theory in rehabilitation nursing of schizophrenic patients.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,58 patients with schizophrenia were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 29 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given routine nursing plus positive psychology theory.We compared the scores of self-esteem(SES,self-esteem scale),social ability(SDSS,social function defect screening scale),psychiatric symptoms(BPRS,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale)and positive quality(HEIQ,Happiness enterpriser questionnaire)between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after nursing,the SES score was higher than that in the control group,and the SDSS score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after nursing,the BPRS score was lower than that of the control group,and the HEIQ score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective application of positive psychology theory can significantly improve the self-esteem level,social ability,mental symptoms and positive quality of schizophrenic patients,and promote the significant improvement of their comprehensive state.
