摘　　要：目的:探究心肺复苏技能培训和督查考核相结合对急诊护理人员心肺复苏技能的提升效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年1月急诊护理人员60例,根据培训方式不同分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规模式培训;研究组采用心肺复苏技能培训和督查考核相结合的方式进行培训。比较两组培训效果。结果:研究组心肺复苏各项相关技能掌握评分及各项急救能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理差错发生率低于对照组,表扬信收到率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心肺复苏技能培训和督查考核相结合对急诊护理人员心肺复苏技能的提升效果好,可以提高急救能力,减少护理差错。Objective:To explore the effect of combining cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills training with supervision and assessment on cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills of emergency nurses.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2020,60 cases of emergency nurses were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different training methods with 30 cases in each group.The control group was trained in conventional mode.The research group was trained in a combination of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills training and supervision and assessment.We compared the training effects of the two groups.Results:The scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills mastery and the first aid ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the rate of receipt of praise letters was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills training and supervision and assessment has a good effect on improving cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills of emergency nurses,which can improve first aid ability and reduce nursing errors.
