摘　　要：对电压反馈型及电流反馈型高速运算放大器的动态参数测试方法进行理论分析及仿真、验证。重点介绍两种电路拓扑结构的转换速率、单位增益带宽、-3dB带宽等参数测试方法及测试电路特点。The test methods of dynamic parameters in voltage feedback and current feedback high-speed operational amplifiers are analyzed,simulated and verified.The test methods of two circuit topology are introduced with emphasis on conversion rate,unit gain bandwidth,-3dB bandwidth and characteristics of the test circuit.
