摘　　要：梳理归集了LTCC生瓷带的基本性能及其要求,说明了性能检测的条件,研究提出了相关重点性能指标的实用检测方法。The basic characteristics of LTCC green tape and requirements are summed up and collected,while the performance in­spection conditions are described,and the practical inspecting methods of key performance parameters are discussed and pro­posed.
