摘　　要：文章基于络病理论,以络病的病因病机为出发点,从“久病入络”“久病成瘀”的病理病变特征角度探讨以疏肝通络法论治青光眼的理论基础,并对此法在青光眼患者中的疗效进行阐释,从而进一步丰富从络病理论探讨疏肝通络法论治青光眼患者的科学内涵,为中医药防治青光眼寻找新靶点提供参考。Based on the collateral disease theory,taking the etiology and pathogenesis of collateral disease as the starting point,this paper discussed the theoretical basis of“Shugan Tongluo”method in the treatment of glaucoma from the pathological characteristics of“chronic disease entering collaterals”and“chronic disease forming blood stasis”,and explained the curative effect of this method in glaucoma patients.So as to further enrich the scientific connotation of Shugan Tongluo method in the treatment of glaucoma patients from the theory of collateral disease,and provided a reference for Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of glaucoma patients to find new targets.
