摘  要:目前地铁地下工程渗漏情况很普遍。大体积混凝土体积庞大,混凝土浇筑后释放大量水化热,聚集在混凝土内部的热量不容易散发,使得混凝土内部温度较高,从而造成混凝土内外温差较大。由于约束的影响,混凝土在升降温过程中会引起内部温度应力剧烈变化而导致主体结构混凝土出现大量贯穿性有害裂缝。采用混凝土施工温度控制与养护方法相结合的施工技术,通过控制混凝土升温和降温的过程,降低混凝土结构内、外温差和结构的降温速率,减少温度应力,降低混凝土内部升温过程的温度峰值,使混凝土内表温度差值控制在一定范围内,能够有效地减少混凝土裂缝的产生。Leakage in underground subway engineering is very common at present. Mass concrete is huge in volume,and releases a lot of heat of hydration after concrete is poured. Due to its large volume,the heat accumulated in the concrete is not easily dissipated.The internal temperature of the concrete is relatively high,resulting in a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete. Due to the influence of restraint,the temperature stress inside the concrete will change drastically during the temperature rise and fall of the concrete,which leads to a large number of penetrating and harmful cracks in the concrete of the main structure. This paper adopts the construction technology that combines concrete construction temperature control and curing methods. By controlling the process of concrete temperature rise and cooling,the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete structure and the cooling rate of the structure are reduced,the temperature stress is reduced,and the temperature peak during the heating process inside the concrete is reduced. The internal surface temperature difference of concrete is controlled within a certain range,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of concrete cracks.
