摘　　要：脑卒中是由诸多原因导致脑血管意外造成的疾病。脑卒中在临床发病率、致残率及死亡率较高,给患者的生活质量和家庭造成了重大影响。脑卒中的发病机制非常复杂,以往大量研究证实基因多态性对脑卒中的发病起到一定作用,近年来越来越多的研究发现基因多态性在脑血管系统的一些病理生理过程中也发挥了关键的调控作用,如脑细胞坏死、缺血再灌注损伤等。脑卒中相关的基因位点和明确疾病发生、发展的机制通过基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)的相关研究得以证实。目前临床研究利用分子生物学方法研究脑卒中的保护基因,从而为脑卒中的治疗提供更为科学、合理的方案。一些基因对脑卒中后神经、血管的修复机制仍需要进一步证实,可能会成为脑卒中预后的评估标准之一。本文对多个相关基因在脑卒中作用机制的进展进行了综述,为脑卒中的临床治疗提供参考方案。Stroke is a disease caused by cerebrovascular accidents caused by many reasons. Stroke incidence rate,disability rate and mortality rate are high,which has a major impact on the quality of life and family of patients. The pathogenesis of stroke is very complex. A large number of previous studies have confirmed that gene polymorphism plays a certain role in the pathogenesis of stroke. In recent years,more and more studies have found that gene polymorphism also plays a key regulatory role in some pathophysiological processes of cerebrovascular system,such as brain cell necrosis,ischemia-reperfusion injury and so on. Stroke related gene loci and the mechanism of disease occurrence and development are confirmed by the related study of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP). At present,clinical research uses molecular biological methods to study the protective genes of stroke,so as to provide a more scientific and reasonable scheme for the treatment of stroke. The repair mechanism of some genes on nerves and vessels after stroke still needs to be further confirmed,which may become one of the evaluation criteria for the prognosis of stroke. This paper reviews the progress of multiple related genes in the mechanism of stroke,so as to provide a reference scheme for the clinical treatment of stroke.
