摘  要:针对内部具有复杂几何变形的制动气室,为准确获取在外力作用下其内部准确的力学信息,采用流固耦合有限元分析方法对制动气室动态特性进行建模与分析研究,通过制动气室性能测试台架对其动态特性进行测试。仿真结果表明,制动气室压力响应时间试验值与仿真计算值误差较小,验证了有限元分析模型的正确性,同时分析了制动气室入口直径对制动气室动态性能的影响。建立制动气室流固耦合有限元模型,能较好的预测制动气室压力响应特性,可应用于制动气室的开发与研究。Aiming at brake chamber with complex geometric deformation inside, to obtain accurate mechanical information inside brake chamber under the action of external force, dynamic characteristics of brake chamber were modeled and analyzed based on the fluid-structure interaction finite element analysis, and its dynamic characteristics were tested by brake chamber performance test bench.The test and simulation results show that the deviation between the test value of brake chamber pressure response time and the simulation value is small, which verifies the correctness of the model.And the inlet diameter of the brake chamber on its dynamic performance was also analyzed.The fluid-structure interaction finite element model of brake chamber was established, which can predict the pressure response characteristics and can be applied to the development and research of brake chamber.
