节律性听觉刺激辅助左旋多巴片治疗老年帕金森病的效果

摘　　要：目的观察节律性听觉刺激(RAS)辅助左旋多巴(L-Dopa)片治疗老年帕金森病(PD)的效果。方法抽取2019年1月至2020年12月郑州市第二人民医院神经内科收治的60例老年PD患者为研究对象,根据门诊单双号分组,将30例单号患者纳入对照组,均接受L-Dopa片干预措施;30例双号患者纳入观察组,均接受RAS辅助L-Dopa片干预,持续干预2个月;于干预前、干预2个月时,比较两组冻结步态功能、步行速度、平衡能力及神经功能等。结果干预2个月,两组冻结步态问卷(FOG-Q)评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预2个月,两组步行速度、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 RAS辅助L-Dopa片应用于老年PD患者中,可提高患者步态功能、平衡能力及步行速度,也可改善患者神经功能。Objective To observe the effect of rhythmic auditory stimulation(RAS)combined with levodopa(L-dopa)tablets in elderly patients with Parkinson’disease(PD).Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with PD admitted to the Department of Neurology of Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were prospectively selected as the research objects,they were grouped according to the odd and even numbers of outpatient service,30 patients with odd numbers were included in the control group,all were received L-dopa tablets for intervention;30 patients with even number were included in the observation group,all received RAS assisted L-dopa tablets for intervention,the intervention was lasted for 2 months;before and 2 months after intervention,the frozen gait function,walking speed,balance ability and neurological function of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months of intervention,the Freezing of Gait-Questionnaire(FOG-Q)scores of both groups were decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after 2 months of intervention,the walking speed,assessed by Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),norepinephrine(NE)levels of both groups were increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of RAS assisted L-dopa tablets in elderly patients with PD can improve gait function,balance ability and walking speed,and also improve neurological function of patients.
