摘  要:饲料中营养成分对动物生长发育起着至关重要的作用,营养成分不足直接影响动物生长发育,营养成分过量则会造成资源浪费。因此,定性定量分析饲料中的营养成分具有重要意义。鉴于此,课题组分析了饲料中六种主要营养成分及其生理作用、饲料中营养成分检测的传统方法,分析得出,传统检测方法具有耗时长、操作复杂、损耗大等缺点。在此基础上,重点分析了光谱分析技术以其快速检测、适用性广、灵敏度高等优点在饲料中营养成分检测方面的研究与应用,研究表明,光谱检测技术具有快速、准确、稳定的优点,在营养检测方面展现出了巨大潜力。Nutrients in feed play an important role in the growth and development of animals.Insufficient nutrients affect the growth and development of animals directly and excessive nutrients will cause a waste of resources.Therefore,qualitative and quantitative analysis of nutrients in feed is of great significance.In view of this,the project team analyzed the six main nutrients in the feed and their physiological functions,and the traditional methods for detecting the nutrients in the feed.The analysis showed that the traditional detection methods had the disadvantages of long time-consuming,complex operation,large loss and so on.On this basis,the research and application of spectral analysis technology in the detection of nutritional components in feed with its advantages of rapid detection,wide applicability and high sensitivity are analyzed.The research shows that spectral detection technology has the advantages of fast,accurate and stable,and shows great potential in nutritional detection.
