摘　　要：新就业形态是经济发展、科技创新、社会进步背景下大格局、微就业、同共享的一种就业形态,为高校毕业生的就业途径和方式提供了新的可能。为了解新就业背景与形态下高校毕业生的就业能力变化情况,更好地为大学生新就业政策提出可行性建议与对策,本文从学生基本情况、在校期间专业培养情况、就业创业指导与服务情况、就业意向、就业层次及去向等方面对2020届工科专业本科毕业生进行就业能力调查,回收有效问卷584份。调查结果显示,高校应以学生为中心,加强素质教育;以人才为抓手,进行课程改革;以实践为平台,强化校企合作;以服务为重点,重视生涯规划教育。The new employment situation refers to large pattern,micro employment and sharing under the background of economic development,scientific and technological innovation and social progress,which provides new possibilities for the employment ways and methods of college graduates.In order to understand the changes in the employability of college graduates under the new employment background and situation,and better put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures for the new employment policy for college students,this study investigated the employability of 2020 engineering graduates from such aspects as students'basic information,professional training on campus,employment and entrepreneurship guidance and services,employment intention,and employment level and destination.Altogether 584 valid questionnaires were collected.The survey results suggest that colleges and universities should strengthen students-centered quality education,carry out curriculum reform through talent,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation through practice,and improve service-oriented career planning education.
