摘  要:受重复放电影响,电力系统各区域的调频控制偏差与电压基频波动较大,为此提出基于源网荷储优化的电力系统协同控制方法。采用多维小波分解方法分解电网系统各发电机组的调频信号频谱,降低重复放电对各区域的影响。根据分解结果结合电力系统电路构成获得微分方程,并对微分方程进行推算与Park变换。在此基础上,提出电力系统协同控制模型的构建目标,考虑源网荷储优化拓展元素构建电力系统协同控制模型。模型主要以源网荷储优化思想作为框架,对源网荷储电力系统协同优化元素进行拓展,实现多源横向互补与源网荷储纵向协调。结果表明,源网荷储优化力度在30%~60%时,电压基频越来越稳定,并且调频控制偏差较小,说明所提方法实现了性能突破。Under the influence of repetitive discharge, deviation of frequency modulation control and fluctuations of voltage fundamental frequency remain high in various areas of the electric power system. In this background, a cooperative control method for power systems based on optimization of source, network, load and storage was proposed in this paper. The multi-dimensional wavelet decomposition method was adopted to decompose the frequency modulation signal spectrums of generator units in the power grid system to reduce the influence of repetitive discharge upon these areas. According to the decomposition results and the circuit structure of the power system, a differential equation was obtained and calculated, and Park transformation was made on it. On this basis, construction objects of the cooperative control model of the power system were proposed, and a cooperative control model for the power system was established under consideration of expansion elements of optimization of source, network, load and storage. In the framework of optimization ideas for source, network, load and storage, these cooperative optimization elements were expanded to realize multi-source complementation in the horizontal direction as well as coordination among these four elements in the vertical direction. Experimental results showed that the fundamental frequency of voltage could stay stable if the optimization rate could maintained between 30% and 60%, and the deviation of frequency modulation control could stay small, which showed that the proposed scheme achieved a performance breakthrough.
