互联网金融监管博弈研究--以长租公寓模式为例

摘　　要：随着互联网金融的发展,以互联网为平台的长租公寓数量也日益增多,鉴于长租公寓运营模式的居住特殊性、盈利社会性问题,如何在保证用户居住体验、长租公寓正常经营的情况下推进政府互联网金融监管,已经成为当前政府治理的关键问题。运用演化博弈方法,建立互联网监督背景下各利益相关者博弈机制,从政府、长租公寓两个相关者入手,构建“政府—公寓”动态演化博弈模型,分析该模型并得出演化稳定策略。研究发现,长租公寓承租关系的稳定性与公寓方资本、政策及时性有正相关关系。通过Matlab软件对长租公寓监管中的关键影响因素进行仿真,以期理清互联网金融监管中长租公寓稳定发展的关键因素。Along with the development of the Internet financial,the long-term apartment rent on the Internet platform is increasing more and more.Because of the living particularity and profitable sociality of the long-term apartment rent model how to strengthenInternet financial regulation has become one of the key current problems of the government’s governance,on the basis of guaranteeing the renters’residence experience and the normal operation of long-term apartment rent.By applying the evolutionary game method,the game mechanism of various stakeholders is established under the background of Internet supervision.Starting from the two stakeholders of the government and long-term apartment rent,a dynamic evolutionary game model of"government-apartment"is constructed.And an evolutionary stability strategy is presented by analyzing the model.It is found that the stability of long-term rental relationship is positively correlated with capital cost and policy timeliness.Matlab was used to simulate the key influencing factors in the supervision of long-term-rented apartments,so as to clarify the key factors for the stable development of it in the supervision of Internet finance.
