摘　　要：经济集聚在提升区域经济水平的同时也会影响水环境质量。本文以长江经济带110个城市数据为研究样本,采用空间杜宾模型考察经济集聚对工业废水的减排效应并进行异质性检验,以此探索长江经济带工业废水污染治理的实现路径。结果表明:经济集聚对工业废水污染有显著的抑制作用且存在空间溢出效应,其直接效应和间接效应因城市所处区域不同而存在差异。同时,不同的经济集聚特征也会使得减排效应因城市规模差异而产生差别。最后,本研究从三个方面提出对策建议:采用针对区域异质性特征的差异化治理策略、实施工业废水污染跨区域协调联动治理方案和构建全流域水环境综合治理长效机制。共促长江经济带高质量发展。Economic agglomeration will also affect the quality of water environment when it improves the level of regional economy.Taking 110 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research area, this paper used spatial Durbin model to investigate the emission reduction effect of economic agglomeration on industrial wastewater and its heterogeneity, and explored the realization path of industrial wastewater pollution control in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that: economic agglomeration has a significant inhibitory effect on industrial wastewater pollution, and there is a spatial spillover effect. The direct and indirect effects vary with the location of the city. Different economic agglomeration characteristics will also make the emission reduction effect different due to the difference of city size. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: adopting the differentiated treatment strategies according to the characteristics of urban heterogeneity, implementing the cross regional coordinated and linkage treatment scheme of industrial wastewater pollution, and building a long-term mechanism for the comprehensive treatment of water environment in the whole basin. So as to jointly promote the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
