摘　　要：扎实推进三甲公立医院党建可为医院有效应对突发公共卫生事件提供坚强保障。利用管理学“结构-过程-结果”理论构建三甲公立医院应对突发公共卫生事件的党建模式,并阐述了开展组织建设和制度建设筑牢三甲公立医院党建根基的方法,探索开展政治、思想、作风和纪律建设确保党建推进的路径,阐述党建的良好结果和还有待完善的表现,从而寻求三甲公立医院应对突发公共卫生事件的党建方向和着力点。The solid promotion of the party building in the A-level public hospitals can provide a strong guarantee for the hospital to respond to public health emergencies effectively.This study constructed a party building mode of the A-level public hospitals in response to public health emergencies based on structure-process-result theory in mana-gements science.And we analyzed the methods of strengthening the foundation of party building by carrying out organization construction and system construction,analyzed the path to ensure the promotion of party building by carrying out the construction of politics,ideology,style and discipline,and expounded the good results of party building in order to seek the direction and focus of the party building to deal with public health emergencies.
