摘 要:双有源全桥双向DC/DC变换器具有在零电压开关下对宽输入范围电压进行升压和降压的能力,可适用于中大功率场合。基于多功能性以及操作性等特点,双有源全桥是一种具有良好应用前景的双向结构。传统的双有源全桥功率计算建立于流过负载的平均电流,每一种模式都需要单独的计算,因此功率计算变得十分复杂。为降低功率计算的复杂性,提出一种新颖的基于统一谐波的功率计算方法。在此方法中,不需要确定电路运行模式及其持续时间,是一种基于统一谐波的傅里叶分析方法,可使计算变得简单。通过仿真分析验证了方法的正确性。The dual active full-bridge bidirectional DC/DC converter has the advantages of relatively small voltage and current stress of the switching device,symmetrical structure and easy realization of zero voltage switching of the switching tube.It is suitable for medium and large power applications.Based on versatility and operability,dual active full bridge is a bidirectional topology with good prospects.Traditional dual-active full-bridge power calculations are based on the average current flowing through the load,so power calculation becomes complex because each mode requires a separate calculation.In order to reduce the complexity of power calculation,this paper proposes a novel power calculation method based on unified harmonics.In this method,there is no need to determine the mode of operation of the circuit and its duration.It is a Fourier analysis method based on unified harmonics,which makes the calculation to a large extent.Finally,the correctness of the theory is verified by simulation and experiment.
