摘  要:目的了解某三甲综合医院2017—2020年平均住院日的情况,找出影响平均住院日的主要因素,并从中筛选出能通过绩效考核引导的因素制定措施。方法2017年1月—2020年12月通过不断调整业务科室和医技科室综合目标考核方案,加强能缩短平均住院日相关因素的综合目标考核,同时完善和优化手术、影像超声等绩效考核方案,提高手术和辅助检查工作效率。结果该三甲综合医院平均住院日逐年下降,2017年(8.72±0.22)d,2018年(8.46±0.19)d,2019年(7.52±0.33)d,2020年已降至(7.00±0.54)d。结论通过以绩效考核为引导的多种措施可有效缩短医院平均住院日。Objective To investigate the average length of stay in a top three general hospital from 2017 to 2020,to find out the main factors that affect the average length of stay,and to screen out the factors that can be guided by the performance appraisal to formulate measures.Methods From January 2017 to December 2020,the comprehensive objective assessment program was continuously adjusted to enhance the comprehensive objective assessment of the factors related to shortening the average length of stay,at the same time improve and optimize the operation,imaging ultrasound and other performance evaluation programs to improve the efficiency of surgery and auxiliary examination.Results The average length of stay decreased year by year,(8.72±0.22)days in 2017,(8.46±0.19)days in 2018,(7.52±0.33)days in 2019 and(7.00±0.54)days in 2020.Conclusion The average length of stay in hospital can be shortened effectively by various measures guided by performance appraisal.
