摘　　要：目的探讨牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙对其根部组织血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endosthort growth factor,VEGF)、神经细胞生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)的影响。方法对大鼠下颌第一磨牙进行牙髓血运重建,术后3周取其组织进行影像学观察,组织学观察及VEGF、NGF的荧光光定量qRT-PCR检测。结果VEGF的mRNA的表达能力水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0017<0.05);NGF的mRNA的表达能力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0397<0.05)。结论大鼠牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙后,其根部组织VEGF、NGF的mRNA相对表达量增加,且差异性显著。Objective To study the effects of pulp revascularization on root tissue vascular endosthort growth factor(VEGF),nerve growth factor(NGF)of young permanent teeth.Methods The first grinding tooth of the mouse’s jaw was rebuilt,and its tissue was taken for imaging observation,histological observation and fluorescent photo quantification qRT-PCR detection of VEGF and NGF 3 weeks after surgery.Results The expression of mRNA of VEGF was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0017<0.05),and the expression of mRNA of NGF was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0397<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of young constant teeth by pulp revascularization of the tooth in rats,the relative expression of the mRNA of the root tissue VEGF and NGF increased,and the difference was significant.
