透明质酸凝胶治疗儿童下唇创伤性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究透明质酸凝胶用于治疗儿童下唇轻型创伤性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取下唇黏膜轻型创伤性溃疡的患儿52例,随机分成试验组和对照组两组,每组26例。试验组使用透明质酸凝胶,每天3次,连续5 d涂抹于溃疡处,对照组以氯化钠注射液代之,用法同前。比较两组治疗前后患儿疼痛程度和直径大小的变化。结果试验组用药第2、3、4、5 d,溃疡疼痛VAS评分较用药前均有显著性降低(t=4.19、4.70、15.45、18.96,P<0.01),溃疡大小也较治疗前有显著下降(t=19.04,P<0.01);而对照组的溃疡疼痛VAS评分(F=0.36,P>0.01)和溃疡大小(t=1.60,P>0.01)差异均无统计学意义。结论透明质酸凝胶用于儿童下唇轻型创伤性溃疡临床效果佳,可止痛、促修复及预防下唇二次创伤。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid gel in the treatment of minor traumatic ulcer of children’s lower lip.Methods A total of 52 children with lower lip mucosal ulcer caused by occlusal trauma were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,26 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with hyaluronic acid gel,applied to the ulcer three times a day for 5 days.In the control group,sodium chloride injection was applied,same usage as before.The changes in the pain degree and diameter of the children before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results From the second,third,fourth,fifth day of treatment in the test group,the VAS score of ulcer pain was significantly lower than before treatment(t=4.19、4.70、15.45、18.96),and the size of the ulcer was also significantly decreased compared before treatment(t=19.04,P<0.01);while the control group’s ulcer pain VAS score(F=0.36,P>0.01)and ulcer size(t=1.60,P>0.01)were not statistically significant.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid gel is effective in treating mild traumatic ulcers of the lower lip in children.It can relieve pain,promote repair and prevent secondary trauma to the lower lip.
