摘　　要：针对高磷铸铁件生产时出现的缩孔缩松、石墨粗大等缺陷,分析了缺陷产生的原因并从炉料、成分设计、温度控制三个方面进行了工艺改进。通过工艺改进最终解决了铸件的缺陷,生产出了满足技术要求的高品质铸件。Aiming at the defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity, coarse graphite in the production of high phosphorus iron castings, the causes of defects were analyzed, and the process improvement was carried out from three aspects: charging,composition design and temperature control. The defects of the castings were solved by process improvement, and high quality castings meeting the technical requirements were produced.
