摘 要:采用微乳液液法合成的聚苯胺纳米粉体,以赤砂糖糖汁作为研究对象,探究聚苯胺纳米粉体对赤砂糖糖汁的脱色吸附性能。以色值和脱色率作为试验指标,考察了在不同吸附温度,吸附pH,糖汁浓度下聚苯胺纳米粉体对赤砂糖糖汁脱色的影响。结果显示在80℃,pH为6,30%糖汁浓度下的脱色效果最好。在这个试验条件下探究30 g粉体的最大吸附量。结果表明,30 g聚苯胺可以处理90 g赤砂糖获得精致白砂糖,可以处理420 g赤砂糖获得优良白砂糖。The polyaniline nano-powder was synthesized by the microemulsion method,the red sugar syrup was used as the research object,the decolorization and adsorption performance of the polyaniline nano-powder was explored.Using color value and remelt syrup rate as test indicators,under different adsorption temperature,adsorption pHand sugar juice concentration,the effect of polyaniline nano-powder on the decolorization of red sugar juice was investigated.The result was displayed at 80℃,pH was 6,30%sugar juice concentration had the best decolorization effect.The maximum adsorption capacity of 30 g powder under this test condition was explored.The results showed that 30 g of polyaniline can process 90 g of red sugar syrup to obtain refined white sugar syrup,and can process 420 g of red sugar syrup to obtain refined white sugar syrup.
