摘 要:随着研究生学术不端事件屡次曝光,研究生学术不端行为已引起社会各界广泛关注。在研究生培养过程中,导师作为主要负责人,其道德品行对研究生学术不端行为有重要影响。文章基于社会学习理论的视角构建了导师的道德型领导对研究生学术不端行为影响的跨层次模型。通过对60个研究生团队中302名研究生的问卷调查,我们发现导师的道德型领导抑制了研究生学术不端行为。道德认同在二者间起跨层中介作用,团队伦理气氛跨层调节了道德认同与研究生学术不端行为的关系。这项研究有助于深入理解导师的道德型领导对研究生学术不端行为的制约机制,为高校管理者在导师领导下的研究团队中建立预防学术不端行为的措施提供了理论支持。With the frequent occurrence and exposure of academic misconduct such as fraud in postgraduate papers and academic plagiarism, this kind of things has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. In the process of postgraduate training, the tutor is the main person in charge, and his moral conduct has an important influence on the academic misconduct of postgraduates. Based on the theory of social learning, this paper constructs a cross-hierarchy model of the influence of tutors moral leadership on graduate students academic misconduct. Through a questionnaire survey of 302 graduate students from 60 graduate teams, we found that ethical leadership inhibited academic misconduct of graduate students. Moral identity plays a cross-layer intermediary role between the two, and the ethical atmosphere of the team regulates the relationship between moral identity and academic misconduct of graduate students. This research helps to understand deeply the restriction mechanism of mentor’s moral leadership on the academic misconduct of graduate students, and provides theoretical support for university administrators to establish measures to prevent academic misconduct in the research team under the leadership of the mentor.
