生物免疫疗法联合放化疗治疗局限性非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生物免疫疗法联合放化疗治疗局限性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的临床效果。方法将82例局限性NSCLC患者按简单随机化方法分为联合组(41例)与对照组(41例)。对照组行常规放化疗治疗,联合组联合使用生物免疫疗法治疗。连续治疗2个月后,比较两组患者临床疗效、生活质量、T淋巴细胞亚群[自然杀伤(NK)细胞、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]与不良反应。结果联合组患者治疗有效率、NK、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);联合组患者治疗期间粒细胞减少、发热和胃肠道反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论生物免疫疗法联合放化疗治疗局限性NSCLC可提高治疗效果,增强患者免疫功能,减轻不良反应,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of biological immunotherapy combined with radiochemotherapy in the treatment of patients with localized non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method A total of 82 patients with localized NSCLC were divided into a combination group(41 cases)and a control group(41 cases)according to the simple randomization method.The control group was treated with conventional radiochemotherapy,and the combination group was treated with biological immunotherapy based on the traditional regimen.After continuous treatment for 2 months,the clinical efficacy,quality of life,T lymphocyte subsets[natural killer(NK)cell,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)],and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result The response rate,NK,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and the Karnofsky performance score(KPS)of the combination group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of granulocytes reduction,fever and gastrointestinal reactions were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biological immunotherapy combined with radiochemotherapy to treat localized NSCLC could enhance the effect,improve the patients’immune function,reduce the risk of adverse events,and improve their quality of life.
