摘　　要：《伤寒论》是中医四大经典专著之一,载有丰富的临床与理论知识,其中涵盖了大量的急诊知识,太阳病篇为开篇之首,其有大量方药为急症常用方,为中医急症的辨证论治推进了一大步。虽为太阳病篇,然经失治误治之后传变可涉及手足十二经病变。特归纳总结太阳病篇所涉及手足十二经急症病变内容。Treatise on Febrile Diseases is one of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine,which has rich clinical and theoretical knowledge.It covers a great deal of emergency knowledge.The chapter on Taiyang disease is the first chapter.There are a large number of prescriptions commonly used for emergencies,which has made a big step forward for the diagnosis and treatment of emergencies in traditional Chinese medicine.Although the chapter is on Taiyang disease,but after the failure of treatment and wrong treatment,the transformation may involve the twelve meridians of the hands and feet.This article summarizes the acute lesions of the twelve meridians of the hands and feet involved in the Taiyang Diseases chapter.
