摘  要:目的了解北京市通州区中小学生零食行为,并探索限制食用类零食行为与家庭相关因素的关系。方法于2018年9~11月采用方便抽样和分层整群抽样相结合的方法,选择城镇、农村中小学校各4所,调查对象为6~13岁学龄儿童家长,通过调查问卷收集人口学特征、零食行为、家庭因素等。探索家庭相关因素与学龄儿童限制食用类零食消费行为的关系。结果北京市通州区1274名6~13岁儿童每周有零食消费行为的占99.84%,食用限制食用类零食的占96.78%。限制类零食每周食用次数的中位数(四分位间距)为8.00(4.00~13.00)次,其中食用次数≥7次/周占59.37%。单因素分析显示:学生年龄、居住地、家长文化程度、购买零食饮料由谁决定、睡前0.5 h或正餐前后1 h吃零食习惯与限制类零食每周食用次数及食用次数≥7次/周有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。多元回归分析显示:学生年龄(OR=1.78,95%CI:1.17~2.71)、购买零食饮料由谁决定(OR=1.83,95%CI:1.23~2.64)、正餐前后1 h吃零食习惯(OR=2.56,95%CI:1.14~5.73)与学龄儿童过多食用限制类零食频率有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论北京市通州区中小学生限制食用类零食每周食用次数比例较高,存在健康风险。Objective To understand the snack behavior of primary and middle school students in Tongzhou district,Beijing city,so as to explore the relationship between the snack restriction behavior and family-related factors.Methods From September to November,2018,4 primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas were selected by the method of convenient sampling and stratified cluster sampling.The parents of school-age children aged 6-13 were investigated.The demographic characteristics,snack behavior and family factors were collected through questionnaires.The relationship between family-related factors and school-age children’s consumption behavior of restricting eating snacks was explored.Results The percentage of 1274 school-age children aged 6-13 years who ate snacks every week was 99.84%,of which 96.78%had limited snacks consumption behavior,and the median(quartile range)of the weekly consumption times of limited snacks was 8.00(4.00-13.00),of which 59.37%were consumed more than 7 times a week.By single factor analysis demonstrated that the students’age,residence of the family,parents’education level,purchasing snacks decisions,eating habits in 0.5 hour before bedtime or 1 hour before and after dinner had significant association with the weekly consumption times of limited snacks(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that there was statistical significance between the age of children and adolescents(OR=1.78,95%CI:1.17-2.71),purchasing snacks decisions(OR=1.83,95%CI:1.23-2.64)and snack habit 1 hour before and after dinner(OR=2.56,95%CI:1.14-5.73)(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The primary and secondary school students in Tongzhou district,Beijing city have a high proportion of restricted snacks to eat every week,which poses health risks.
