摘 要:柔性管理作为一种新型的管理模式,以一种较为柔和的方式对新生代知识型员工进行管理,能够增强员工的工作积极性,从而更好地发挥其自身的工作创新能力。为了企业更加有效地实施柔性管理,基于全面薪酬理论,从全面薪酬结构的六个维度分析企业柔性管理对于新生代知识型员工的作用机制,结果发现:企业柔性管理可以从货币报酬、福利、学习与发展、工作环境、工作-生活平衡、认可奖励六个方面来提升新生代知识型员工的工作积极性,从而提高他们的工作水平,更好地为企业服务。同时,对企业更好地实施柔性管理提出了一些改进建议。Flexible management,as a new management mode,means management of the new generation of knowledge-based workers in a more gentle way,which can enhance the enthusiasm of workers and give better play to their work innovation ability.In order to implement flexible management more effectively,based on the total payment theory,this paper analyzed the mechanism of flexible management for the new generation of knowledge workers from the six dimensions of the total payment structure.The results show that the flexible management of enterprise can improve the work enthusiasm of the new generation of knowledge-based workers from six aspects:monetary compensation,welfare,learning and development,working environment,work-life balance,recognition and reward,so as to improve their work level and better serve the enterprise.At the same time,this paper put forward some suggestions for enterprises to better implement flexible management.
