摘  要:以全国45所国家重点实验室中的194名院士、长江学者和杰青等高层次人才为对象,运用CV分析法、相关性分析、文献计量法等对高层次人才的成长周期及其影响因素进行实证研究,发现:院士、长江学者和杰青的成长周期分别是18.9年、12.3年和10.4年;杰出的学术创新力、良好的机构声誉、积极的师承关系和较好的经济条件是缩短高层次人才成长周期、促进高层次人才成长的重要因素。因此,要重视学术创新力,适当淡化机构声誉的评价;要建立积极的师承关系,注重培养青年科技人才良好的科研习性;要继续加大西部地区教育投入,支持西部地区青年科技人才成长与发展。Taking 194 academicians,Changjiang scholars,the Outstanding Youth Programpracticed in China and other high-level talents from 45 national key laboratories as the subjects,this paper uses CV analysis,correlation analysis and bibliometric method to make an empirical study on the growth cycle of high-level talents and its influencing factors.We find that:The growth cycles of academicians,Changjiang Scholars and the Outstanding Youth scholars are 18.9 years,12.3 years and 10.4 years respectively.Outstanding academic innovation,good institutional reputation,positive mentoring relationship and good economic support are the important factors to shorten the growth cycle and promote the growth of high-level talents.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to the academic innovation of talents,and appropriately dilute the evaluation of the reputation of institutions.It is necessary to establish a positive mentoring relationship and pay attention to cultivating the good scientific research habits of young scientific and technological talents.We will continue to increase investment in education and support the growth and development of young scientific and technological talents in the western region.
