摘　　要：人工智能技术正在给高校网络教育带来深刻变革。在智能时代,曾经作为网络教育终端的校外学习中心原有功能消解,原因在于:智能技术赋能网络教育教、学、管、评各环节,造成校外学习中心技术性失业。为此,有必要顺应智能技术给网络教育带来的影响,重组网络学历教育供给结构,重构校外学习中心非学历教育功能,构建职业培训学习共同体,为全民终身学习提供服务,实现网络教育校外学习中心转型发展。Artificial intelligence technology is bringing profound changes to online education.In the age of intelligence,the original function of the off-campus learning center,which used to be the terminal of online education,has been dispelled.The reason lies in:intelligent technology has changed the activity mode of teaching,learning,management and evaluation in online education,resulting in the technical unemployment of off-campus learning center.Therefore,it is necessary to adapt to the influence of intelligent technology on online education,restructure the supply structure of online education,reconstruct the function of non-academic education in the off-campus learning center,construct vocational training learning community,provide services for lifelong learning of the whole people,and realize the transformation and development of the off-campus learning center.
