外语课程思政教学资源与育人体系建设探索  

On the Construction of Teaching Resources for Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness Education System in Foreign Language Teaching

摘　　要：为落实《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,外语教学要充分挖掘外语课程思政教学资源,在拓展专业课程育人价值的同时,推动专业课程走向课程思政,着力构建全员全程全方位的外语课程思政育人格局。西北师范大学外国语学院通过显性课堂、隐性课堂、网络课堂,锻造多维立体的课程思政体系,让课堂教学、课外实践、社会体验、语言服务既实现课程思政与思政课程的协同共振,也实现课程思政与专业学习的有效融合、理论学习与社会实践的无缝衔接、社会服务与素养提升的深度契合目标。本文从课程思政的定义、功能及重要意义入手,运用具体的教学实例,从外语课程思政资源库的建设、外语课程思政育人体系的构建等层面探讨如何以社会主义核心价值观为引领,以家国情怀培养为基础,落实思政工作贯穿外语教学全过程,实现"三全育人"的举措,旨在为培养素质高、视野宽、情怀深的外语人才提供有效借鉴。In the new era,"who to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate"has become a fundamental question that China’s higher education must answer.The"Guideline for Curriculum-based Political and Virtuous Awareness Construction in Higher Education Institutions"points out that in order to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and to comprehensively promote the construction of curriculumbased political and virtuous awareness(CPVA),the processes of value construction,knowledge teaching and ability development are inseparable and must be integrated,i.e.values must be integrated into the knowledge transfer and ability training,to help students shape the correct world view and outlook on life.To implement the"Guideline",it is necessary to fully explore CPVA education resources,expand the education curriculum and construct a full-scale political and virtuous awareness education system for foreign language teaching.Through explicit courses,hidden courses,and online courses,the College of Foreign Languages and Literature of Northwest Normal University has built rich CPVA resources and forged a multi-dimensional CPVA system.It has achieved synergistic resonance sand effective integration of CPVA and academic study,embodied in the seamless connections between theoretical learning and social practice.There is high consistency in students’social service,literacy improvement in classroom teaching,extracurricular practice,social experience,and language services.With socialist core values as guidance,and with the cultivation of students’home-country feelings as the basis,it explores in detail the approaches to construct CPVA resources in foreign language teaching.The project of CPVA resource database,with its coverage of national policy,local situation information,Chinese culture,and overview of countries along the Belt and Road,aims at the exploration and integration of textbook and network resources,the excavation of CPVA elements in teaching materials,the construction of"fusion media"mode of CPVA educat
