微波治疗仪在耳鼻喉科患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究耳鼻喉科患者采取微波治疗仪的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月~2020年4月耳鼻喉科收入患者总计30例,所有对象均予以微波治疗仪干预,并配合相应施干预,分析患者病情改善状况。结果:肥厚性鼻炎患者中,1例因治疗范围较小,症状改善不佳,1个月后接受二次治疗,其余病例均得到改善,包括鼻塞、头痛症状。咽炎患者均治疗一次,咽部异物感、干燥及发痒等症状显著减轻。结论:耳鼻喉科患者治疗上采取微波治疗仪取得显著成效。Objective:To study the application value of microwave therapy apparatus in ear,nose and throat department.Methods:30 patients treated from December 2019 to April 2020 in ear,nose and throat department were reviewed.Microwave therapy and nursing interventions were performed.Disease improvements were observed.Results:Among patients with hypertrophic rhinitis,1 patient received a second treatment one month later due to a small treatment range,and the rest of the patients were all improved,including nasal congestion and headache symptoms.Patients with pharyngitis were treated once,and the symptoms of foreign body sensation,dryness and itching in the pharynx were significantly reduced.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients in otolaryngology department,the microwave therapeutic apparatus has achieved remarkable results.
