摘　　要：目的:分析在为环状混合痔(Circular Mixed hemorrhoid,CNH)患者实施治疗的过程中吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术(Precedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids,PPH)联合外剥内扎术(Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy,MMH)的临床应用疗效。方法:本研究对象共包括本院收治的环状混合痔患者86例,按照奇偶数法将患者分为甲组(n=43)与乙组(n=43),其治疗方法分别为PPH联合MMH与MMH。结果:通过实验数据分析可知,甲组患者治疗效果显著优于乙组患者,同时其手术、术后创面恢复时间明显较短,术中出血量较少且疼痛评分较低,在此基础上其并发症发生率也相对较低,P<0.05。结论:在实施CNH患者治疗的过程中PPH联合MMH的运用不仅仅提高了临床效果,同时也缩短了患者的手术与恢复时间,减少了术中出血量与并发症的出现,减轻了疼痛严重程度,获得了相对较为理想的治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the procedure for the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoid(CNH)patients with stapled prolapse and hemorrhoids(Precedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids,PPH)combined with external stripping and internal ligation(Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy,MMH)clinical application efficacy.Methods:This study included a total of 86 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital.According to the odd-even number method,the patients were divided into group A(n=43)and group B(n=43),whose treatment methods were PPH combined MMH and MMH,respectively.Results:According to the analysis of experimental data,group A patients not only had significantly better treatment effect than group B patients,but also had significantly shorter operation and postoperative wound recovery time,less intraoperative blood loss and lower pain score.On this basis,the incidence of complications was also relatively low(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of CNH patients,the application of PPH combined with MMH not only improved the clinical effect,but also shortened the operation and recovery time of the patients,reduced the amount of intraoperative bleeding and complications,reduced the severity of pain,and achieved a relatively ideal therapeutic effect.
