摘 要:研究中低速磁浮列车中置式悬浮架防侧滚和解耦能力,分析落车、悬浮两种状态下的防侧滚梁受力状态,并对单悬浮架进行落车状态防侧滚试验。基于几何及运动关系分析悬浮架理论耦合姿态,讨论悬浮架受到垂向激扰时的运动规律,以及防侧滚梁组件的结构参数与耦合姿态之间的关系。研究结果表明:中置式防侧滚梁方案能够满足悬浮架防侧滚要求,同时还具备较好的垂向运动解耦能力,一侧悬浮模块受到垂向激扰时对另一侧影响较小,有利于悬浮稳定性;较长的片梁有利于悬浮模块之间的垂向运动解耦,同时能减小吊杆的摆动角度;吊杆长度对悬浮模块之间的垂向运动解耦影响不明显,对其摆动角度与摆动幅度具有相反的影响规律,建议吊杆长度取0.15~0.20 m。The paper mainly focused on the research of the anti-rolling and decoupling abilities of the mid-set levitation frame of the medium and low speed maglev train.The force state of the anti-rolling-beam forced states under two conditions of alighting and levitation was analyzed,followed by an anti-rolling test of single levitation frame with alighting state.Based on the geometric and motion relations,the theoretical coupling posture was analyzed.Discussion was conducted on the motion laws of the mid-set levitation frame when subjected to vertical disturbances,and the relationships between anti-rolling beam structural parameters and the coupling posture.The results show that the scheme of the mid-set anti-rolling beam can meet the anti-rolling requirements of the levitation frame,with an excellent vertical decoupling ability.The levitation module on one side subject to vertical excitation will have less influence on the other side,which is beneficial to the stability of the levitation control system.The longer anti-rolling beam is beneficial to the decoupling of the vertical movement between the levitation modules,meanwhile,reducing the swing angle of the anti-rolling pendular rod.The length of the anti-rolling pendular rod has minor influence on the decoupling of the vertical movement between the levitation modules,but has opposite influence on its swing angle and swing amplitude.It is recommended that the length of the pendular rod is 0.15-0.20 m.
