摘　　要：产教融合的主要目的是形成教育和产业统筹融合、良性互动的发展格局,有效培养创新创业人才。针对当前专业硕士研究生产教融合培养机制不够完善的问题,文章以应用统计专业硕士研究生为例,对专业课程体系的完善、校企合作运行机制的建立、考评激励机制的构建以及“校企联合工程化育人平台”的搭建进行了探讨,期望对专业硕士研究生产教融合培养机制的构建和完善提供有价值的参考。The integration of industry and education takes innovation and entrepreneurship education as the content and high-quality entrepreneurial employment as the goal,to form a development pattern of integrated education and industry,and benign interaction,and effectively cultivate innovative talents.Since the current professional master's research,production and education integration training mechanism is not perfect,this paper takes Applied Statistics candinates as an example to investigate in detail how to improve the professional curriculum system,establish an operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and construct the evaluation incentive mechanism and the"school-enterprise joint engineering education platform".It is expected that our analysis can provide a valuable reference for the construction and improvement of the professional master's research,production and education integration training mechanism.
