摘　　要：如何培养和激发理工科类研究生的创新能力一直是高等教育至关重要的问题。创新已经成为现代社会的本质特征和时代精神,创新能力的培养是衡量高等教育成败的关键因素之一。针对理工科研究生教育中出现的典型问题:研究机会缺乏、教育质量不高、自主思考能力欠缺等,研究生教学改革势在必行。在研究生教育和培养过程中,更需要注重以下几点:1.营造科研氛围,树立研究意识;2.拓展研究平台,增加研究机会;3.完善激励制度,强化学习动机;4.扎根社会,植根于民,报效祖国,树立强国意识。研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其向社会各个行业不断输送高层次人才,是我国高层次人才培养的主体。理工科类创新型人才大幅度增加,更有利于国家经济社会的快速发展。How to cultivate and stimulate the innovation ability of science and engineering postgraduates has always been a crucial issue in higher education.Innovation has become the essence of modern society and the spirit of the times.The cultivation of innovation ability is one of the key factors to measure the success or failure of higher education.In view of the typical problems in the graduate education of science and Engineering:the lack of independent thinking ability,the lack of research opportunities,and the low quality of education,the reform of graduate teaching is imperative.In the process of postgraduate education and training,we need to pay more attention to the following points:creating research atmosphere and establish research awareness;expanding research platform and increase research opportunities;improving the incentive system and strengthen learning motivation;taking root in society,take root in the people,serve the motherland and establish a strong sense.Graduate education is an important part of China's higher education,which continuously transports high-level talents to all sectors of society,and is the main body of China's high-level talents training.The increase of innovative talents in science and engineering is more conducive to the rapid development of national economy and society.
