摘　　要：高校军训承训教官自主培养模式是高校新生军训工作互利多赢的新尝试,在减轻了承训部队带训压力的同时,全面提高了学生教官综合素质。既助力高校征兵工作,促进国防教育可持续发展,又是新形势新政策下学生军训难题最为行之有效的解决方案。中南大学武装部按照《高等学校学生军训大纲》要求,通过军训承训教官自训营建设,不断探究自主培养模式,从而高质量高水平完成军训任务。The autonomous training model of military training instructors in colleges and universities is a new and mutually beneficial and win-win attempt for freshmen in military training in colleges and universities.While reducing the training pressure of the training troops,it also comprehensively improves the overall quality of student instructors.It not only helps the recruitment of colleges and universities and promotes the sustainable development of national defense education,but also is the most effective solution to the problem of student military training under the new situation and new policies.The Armed Forces Department of Central South University,in accordance with the requirements of the"Military Training Syllabus for College Students",through the construction of military training instructor self-training camps,continuously explores the independent training model,so as to complete military training tasks with high quality and high level.
