摘 要:应用ASTM E2283中极值分析的标准化方法对桥梁缆索用钢RH精炼10 min时的夹杂物进行了统计分析,并采用Aspex扫描电镜对多个试样进行夹杂物尺寸和成分检测,以验证预测结果的有效性。分析结果表明:RH精炼10 min后仍能发现尺寸30~55μm的大尺寸夹杂物,夹杂物主要为CaO-CaS-Al_(2)O_(3)系类型;极值分析Gumbel概率分布δ和λ参数估计的不同计算方法中采用Newton迭代计算的结果与实际夹杂物尺寸吻合度最好,建议采用Newton迭代法数值求解;通过大量取样检测可以发现大尺寸夹杂物,与极值法预测的夹杂物最大尺寸相差不大,通过极值分析法来预测钢中夹杂物最大尺寸具有一定的可靠性。To analyze inclusions during RH refining of bridge cable steel for 10 min by using standard method of extreme value analysis in ASTM E2283.The size and composition of inclusions were detected by ASPEX scanning electron microscope on several samples to verify validity of predicted results.Analysis results show that large inclusions with size of 30~55μm can still be found after RH refining for 10 min,and inclusions are mainly CaO-CaS-Al_(2)O_(3) series;Among different calculation methods for estimation ofδandλparameters of Gumbel probability distribution in extreme value analysis,results obtained by Newton iterative calculation are in good agreement with actual inclusion size,so it is suggested to use Newton iterative method for numerical solution.Large size inclusions can be found through a large number of sampling and detection,which is not different from the maximum size of inclusions predicted by extreme value method.Therefore,the maximum size of inclusions in steel predicted by extreme value method has certain reliability.
