摘  要:关于湿喷混凝土的密实度研究目前仍停留在配合比优化方面,只是通过喷射大板制取样品或结构面钻取芯样进行密实度比较,而对射流密实过程缺乏认识,施工调控缺少合理依据。为此,在充分调研前人研究成果的基础上,剖析了射流密实过程的工艺特点,总结出射流密实过程的关键组成行为方式,回顾了各关键行为方式的研究现状,并展望了进一步的研究方向。研究建议密实度施工调控必须兼顾混凝土材料和湿喷工艺两方面,应探明二者耦合作用下的射流密实机理;机理研究应充分考虑混凝土流变特性及其早龄期快速演变进程,对混凝土接触速凝剂2 min内的"超早龄期"流变特性应予以特别关注。Nowadays,the study on wet-spray shotcrete compactness focuses on concrete proportion optimization,whose main content are comparing specimen compactness byspraying samples or boring samples.However,research on compaction process of wet-spray shotcrete jet flow is ignored,and how to adjust compactness lacks of reasonable support.On the basis of full investigation of previous research results,this paper analyzed the technological characteristics of compaction process,summarized the key compaction behaviors,reviewed the research progress of each key behavior,and proposedfurther research direction.It was suggested that adjusting compactness need to take into account concrete material and wet-spray techniques,their coupling mechanism should be explored.During the mechanism study,the rheological performance of concrete and its rapid evolution process should be fully considered.Especially,the"super early age"rheological characteristics within 2 minutes after accelerator is added to concrete needmore attentions.
