摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病患者最重要的微血管病变,也是当今人群主要致盲眼病之一,其引起的眼部典型病理改变为视网膜缺血刺激分泌的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)介导的新生血管生成,因此抗VEGF药物已逐渐成为治疗DR及其引发的一系列病变,如糖尿病性黄斑水肿等的主流方式之一。近年来发现抗VEGF药物对DR患者的眼部血管及血流具有一定影响,但具体机制尚未完全阐明,本文总结了玻璃体腔内注射抗VEGF药物对DR患者眼部血管及血流影响方面的研究进展。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is the major microvascular disease in diabetic patients,and it is also one of the main blinding eye diseases in the current population.The typical pathological change of DR in the eyes is vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-mediated neovascularization induced by retinal ischemic stimulation.Therefore,anti-VEGF drugs have gradually become one of the mainstream methods to treat DR and DR-induced diseases such as diabetic macular edema.Recent studies have proved that anti-VEGF drugs have certain effects on ocular blood vessels and blood flow in patients with DR,while the specific mechanism has not been fully elucidated.This article summarizes the research progress on the effects of intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs on the ocular blood vessels and blood flow in patients with DR.
