不同Child-Pugh分级肝硬化患者血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项水平比较

摘　　要：目的:比较不同Child-Pugh分级肝硬化患者血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项水平。方法:选取2019年6-12月本院收治的不同Child-Pugh分级肝硬化患者300例作为研究组,选取同期健康体检者300例作为对照组。所有人员均接受血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项检测。比较两组及研究组不同Child-Pugh分级患者血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项水平。结果:研究组TBA、PT、APTT、TT均高于对照组,ChE、FIB均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组A、B、C级患者ChE、FIB水平均逐渐降低,TBA、PT、APTT、TT水平均逐渐增高。三者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对不同Child-Pugh分级肝硬化患者进行血清TBA、ChE及凝血四项水平检验,可以判断肝硬化病情严重度,临床可推广。Objective:To compare the levels of serum TBA,ChE and coagulation four indices in patients with different Child-Pugh grade of liver cirrhosis.Method:A total of 300 patients with different Child-Pugh grade of liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the study group,and 300 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.All personnel were tested for serum TBA,ChE and coagulation four indices.The levels of serum TBA,ChE and coagulation four indices of two groups and patients with different Child-Pugh grade in the study group were compared.Result:The TBA,PT,APTT and TT in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and ChE and FIB were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,ChE and FIB gradually decreased,while TBA,PT,APTT and TT gradually increased in patients in grade A,B and C patients.There were statistically differences among the three(P<0.05).Conclusion:The test of serum TBA,ChE and coagulation four indices levels in patients with different Child-Pugh grade of liver cirrhosis can judge the severity of liver cirrhosis,which should be further popularized in clinic.
